It depends on what your goal is. If you want specific cards either for playing or completing a set I would use the marketplace, TokenTrove is a great way to get the cards you need. If you still miss a lot rare or epic cards, packs are still useful and fun to open. I think epic packs are still a decent buy, and with rare packs you get the most amount of dog promo card until 4.30pm Wednesday 24th Nov PST 2021 (not that that card is worth much right now).

The dog promo made an impact on the sales, so I’m wouldn’t be surprised they will run another promo campaign to sell more packs. Might be worth waiting for that (and hope that the Eth prices go up, making packs even cheaper).
